hello all
i want to know about the voltage multiplier chips.
the ratings should be such that
voltage output up to 50 voltage
current output = 1 or 2 amp. or please suggest some circuit

What voltage multiplier chips?
If you need the current capacity mentioned, you must use a discrete
design.
Also, it helps a slight amount to know the input volyage...

Sounds like you should search the key words "boost converter".

I do not understand the question. What is the input to get 50 volts at 2
amps out?
