Not can I. But TI's TL16c550 series of UARTs are industry
standards, and one of them may have been second-sourced,
with a "similar" number. For example, NSC made the 16550
series. Hell, I think they were first. Western Digital
made the wd16c550, VLSI made the VL16c550, Temic made the
TSS4550 etc. Anyway, Toshiba is a big user of TAxxxx part
numbers, maybe they made a second-source '550 version.
