Tire Pressure Monitoring System - computer + 4 external sensors - what are your experiences

Just purchased some TPMS computers for tests
(one to the left in the image)

https://media.s-bol.com/3lqD12Vw2rY9/original.pdf

what is hot 4 pressure sensors come with 4 wireless temperature sensors, which find use to monitor temperature in 4 rooms remotely

Alarm can be set.
What is not hot, computer goes into sleep mode if not stimulated by vibrations, while in use in moving car.

What is wrong, my new TPMS computers come with batteries in sensors completely depleted ( nominal 3V vs. 0,05 V in reality)

It\'s hard to get CR1632 Lithium batteries locally

Alarm can be set.
What is not hot, computer goes into sleep mode if not stimulated by vibrations, while in use in moving car.

That\'s a BIG problem. It may be detecting movement vibration by fluctuations in the pressure readings. So you need to finagle something electronic to do that. Sounds like a job for the 555.

What is wrong, my new TPMS computers come with batteries in sensors completely depleted ( nominal 3V vs. 0,05 V in reality)

That\'s why you got them so cheap? Can you recharge them?

It\'s hard to get CR1632 Lithium batteries locally

My friend advised me to recharge 3V Lithium batteries

Unfornunately my old power supply comes with LCD voltage control only, since Current LCD display is broken

Successfully I have got oversized 3V batteries for tests and purchased small bike for kids, coming with inflated tires, so finally I tested my TPMS to work on my desk ( 4 temperature sensors active, 2 pressure sensors installed in the bike)

Life is great ;)

thank you

You\'ll have to change the setpoints. I\'m pretty sure 3.2-1.8 bar is not suitable for bicycle tires. Most bicycle tires have a maximum pressure of 35 psi = 2.4 bar. For low pressure, you\'ll have to determine a setpoint experimentally- just deflate it until it feels soft, and use that pressure.

Life is great ;)

thank you

I have purchased used bike for kids at pocket money and have taken it to my friend, operating tire service for help, since tire pump point at gas station failed to inflate tires in the bike.

To my surprise, he inflated tires in the bike not watching the pressure indicator.

But how can I complain if he charged me nothing.

But it\'s a good point to let some air out of 3,6 bar tire

Thank you
