Theoretically speaking...

Folks,

If you had a moving coil speaker with an infinite frequency range and a
similar spec signal generator...

As you cranked up the frequency, would the speaker emit sound, then
radio waves, light, xrays, gamma rays etc. either as a direct result of
the diaphragm movement or the effect on the space immediately adjacent
to the diaphragm?

...oh and hows about a 8038-based sig-gen circuit to do this!??

Until you reached the theoritical limits of the magnetic/coil transducer.
They will only respond to a fairly limited frequency range, that is why ir
and laser leds were invented and currently used, etc.
