Synopsys Tetramax

Hi All,
I dont know if this is a good question to ask here but I just wanted to
know if someone could explain or direct me to a link or something which
explains the engine behind Synopsys Teramax. I mean I was looking for
information on how Tetramax does ATPG, simulation and diagnosis.
