Hi,
Is it sensible if I try to conduct Monte Carlo simulations on a passive
LCR filter?

In other words, are there any statistically variable process parameters
for inductors, capacitors and resistors?

In a general sense, how do you find if a process or component paramenter
is statistically variable?

Any help is appreciated!!

Are you trying Monte Carlo on LRC circuit build from analogLib? If yes - I'm
not sure that analogLib components suitable for statistical analysis. If you
are using some design kit provided by foundry - ask them, or read design kit
manuals to find out statistical analysis availability. Generally this
feature should be implemented in model files, try to find list of parameters
with their distributions.
