SMD tools

I would like somebody to find out which the tools that I need to work with
SMD. I am wanting to begin the works mainly with SMD ,to placement and to
remove of components.

what i have and it works nice..
has vacuume pump etc..
they have small hand held units, but i don't think the
pump is as good.
