Anybody have experience of core blocks overlapping I/O blocks after
SEPKS do_place? It just looks impossible to me as I've already
imported all core cells and I/O pads .lef files beforehand. Logically
if the die size wasn't specified it would automatically enlarge in
order to fit the core in. Core and I/O pads overlapping may prompt
PKS can't even recognize the I/O class. Please help. Thanks in
advance!
