Power supply Microsoft Wireless Basestation MN500

Guest
I certainly hope that someone can help me with this.

I have a Microsoft Wireless Basestation MN500. It runs on DC 12V and
needs 500mA. As I don't have the adapter it self (carry home to EU
from a trip to the US), I have tried with several adapters with this
spec but no luck.
When I looked cloeser on the cover, there was a symbol saying this; =,
but the lower one is dashed.

Does anyone knows what this means? If yes where can I get an adapter?

Anders

That is the symbol representing DC. The AC symbol is a squigle: ~. Since
you seem to have already been aware that it needed DC and tested it with
several such adapters, I don't know what could be suggested as a solution.
By your description it sounds like something is broken.
