Palm with BASIC or Pascal

Hello,
I am wanting to buy a Palm but I don't know which. If somebody can help
myself, I thank.
I need Palm that allows programming in Basic and maybe in Pascal,
photographic camera and great autonomy of batteries. It will be used for
complex calculations during autonomous flight.

Are you intending to develop the software while on the vehicle
conducting autonomous flight? Or to execute cross-compiled code
that was developed on a PC?

Palm has a developer program http://www.palmos.com/dev/programs/pdp/
with a free toolset.
