retardation are called "physically challenged", and the plain dumb
renamed as "intellectually disadvantaged", the race is on to dumb down
society to the lowest common intellectual denominator. Those who do not
comply with the trend are accused of discrimination. In such an
environment, it is only logical that a joke like this is widely
circulated. The funny part is the joke itself. The sad part is that one
third of the people the letter was sent to, have written back asking for
more information.
