I have lost the blue on my Mitsubishi VS-5017S. I can tell not only
from the green hue on the set while watching TV, but there is no blue
crosshair under the setup. My local repair shop doesn't want to touch
it-- has anyone had any experience with the problem? I'm in Ottawa,
Canada and I would hate to have to throw the TV out, but I NEED BLUE!
:)

Oh, if you want to email directly: dpemail - at - rogers - dot - com.

See the TV repair guide at the site below, missing colors.
You'll need someone qualified to do the troubleshooting and repair.

Why doesn't your local shop want to touch it? This is a very common
problem and one where the cause can likely be diagnosed in 10 minutes
or less. There is a chance it's a bad CRT but more than likely, it's
something simple like a bad connection.
