Logitech Wingman FF GP steering wheel

Hi all,
I got this Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP steering wheel and pedals with
pedals behaving very strangely (steering wheel works just fine). Turned on
calibration program - pedals would work properly sometimes, then it looked
like gas was stuck all the time. I thought it was a loose connector, opened
the steering wheel and here is what I have: IC U2 has a hole in the middle
of the plastic package right down to the die - I am not sure if it's
supposed to be there or the package is blown. No contacts are shorted on the
IC. Here is what I read from what's left: A3.... then name of the company
starts with funny looking capital A. Then model: M0xxx36BPA... xxx - first
two numbers have rounded bottoms - 6 or 0? last number is most probably 3.
It's a 16-pin IC with 8 pins on each side.
Then surface mounted transistor Q7 is all burned, I checked junctions with
multimeter - looks like it's dead. Transistors right beside it read 1AM,
then x above the dot and 2A, then x above the dot.

If somebody has the same steering wheel or the schematics for this wheel,
could you let me know what parts are these?

Thank you!
