The independent is the opposite of the internals of what a -
"transformer" is in this day & age?

You can reverse the polarity on most minor voltage systems -
& it does not even seem to matter! Why is this?

You need an understanding of English to learn an understanding in
electronics...there's lots of big words to trip over.
