How big of pads should I use for these parts?

Hi - I'd like to draw in a JAE KX14-50K11D (spec sheet here:
http://www.jae-connector.com/en/pdf/SJ028290.pdf) into Eagle. It will only
be used in an adapter board - consisting of this connector on one side and
a Molex 2mm pitch 44 pin milli grid 2 row vertical surface mount connector
(drawing here: http://www.molex.com/pdm_docs/sd/872674414_sd.pdf) The molex
connector will be mounted on one side of the board, and the JAE connector
will be mounted on the other side, directly opposite the molex connector.
Since there aren't any other parts in the board - I don't need to draw a
schematic. So - right now I'm trying to figure out what pad sizes I should
use for these two parts. Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks!

Most manufacturers will have a drawing that shows the pad and hole sizes
and positions they suggest. It's in the upper right of the JAE
drawing you gave the PDF for. The Molex drawing is mostly the packaging.
I'm pretty sure you can find the footprint if you poke around their
web site.
