I need some help! I was playing around with my ADI AT-600 and pushing
the keypad and all of a sudden the HT locked on transmit on both the 2
meter band and the 440 meter band. I tried all the combinations I
could think of unlocking it to no avail. PLEASE HELP!
 
Even removing batteries for many hours?
Perhaps also discharging all the capacitors
inside if you can open the case, might help
to force the unit to reset itself...after powering
it up.

maybe you got it into crossband repeat?
try f+0 and disable crossband repeat.

You might be right on the crossband.. again I tried doing what you
suggested but nothing works still locked up and transmitting on two
bands.. Any other ideas??

I thank you all for the post.. I did get help and I was able to unlock
the HT.. Everything is now working again ...Boy I was lucky..

answers...that's all they know about using newsgroups! :-(

I thank you all for the post.. I did get help and I was able to unlock
the HT.. Everything is now working again ...Boy I was lucky..
