Electronic transformer schematic needed

I'm searching a electronic transformer schematic which
controls a halogen bulb in a very small cover (220V
AC input, 12 V/2 A AC output).
I don't need dimming capabilities. A simple IC
controlled diagram would be best choice. I've searched
the web but not found anything really helpful.
