Capasitor dielectric temperature coefficients

Hi all,
What would be the best (more stable) dielectric to use for a device that
gets hot and cold regularly? By hot I mean +75 Degrees and cold is -30
Degrees.

The three choices I have are X7R, COG and NPO.
