Can a Jolt Of Electricity Make You Smarter?

Guest
This morning that's the headline in the MSN page when I signed out of
hotmail.
DC polarization and transcranial magnetic stimulation are discussed.

I got shocked a lot when I was a kid, playing around with the All
American 5-tube radios, etc. Maybe that's why I'm so smart! ;-)

sure it will make you smarter!, i bet you didn't even notice that
you try to avoid getting shocked more and more as the events took
place!, see you learned something so it must work!

What they are describing is a very different type of way of applying
electricity to the brain. Having a direct shock from the hands from them
being in the wrong place at the wrong time, is not the same at all, as what
they are describing that article. Having an electric shock under non
controlled conditions can infact induce problems that are similar to
Parkinson's disease and other complications later in life.
