I love to cook with wine. Sometimes I even put it in the food.

Probably not. The LM134 was designed so long ago that it was probably
done the way God intended, with a pencil, pad of paper, and a slide rule.

Spice models are a crutch for the uninformed or unimaginative engineer.

I hope that was a joke, or your completely out to lunch. Like, you try
designing a 1000 transistor analogue i.c and expect that $100k mask set
not to be toilet paper.

Hello Jim,
I have written a SPICE model for the LM334 some time ago.
Therefore I simply copied the schematic from the datasheet and
guessed the size and parameters of the transistors.
I have never done measurements on a real LM334.

I have made some times ago a model for the members of the
LTspice group. The model and a symbol can be only downloaded
from here:

http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LTspice/

Files > Lib > LM334 Current Source LM334.sub, LM334.asy

Best regards,
