Anybody know where I could find a 30 x 30 peltier effect cooling plate
or some smaller that could be pieced together?

TIA

30 x 30 what ?
Millimeters ? Centimeters ? Inches ?

30 x 30 millimeter is available almost everywhere.

Don't know about 30 x 30 inch, but I can predict you will need
rail-size copper wires :)

Well.... current draw could be extreme depending on the way it is
done. I suppose having them in series means higher DC voltages...

I was hoping that they made one with wafers spaced out.

I had considered capillary tubed plates circulating peltier cooled
glycol like those used in some refrigerators... obviously freon in the
'fridges. That means a pump and moving parts that wear.

If this the size you want is in inches or centimetres, this is going to be a
very large one. I hope you are speaking in terms of millimetres. You should
contact Texas Instruments, or International Rectifier, or Philips, or
National Semiconductor directly for something like this.

Take care that you will also require the properly rated power supply for a
Peltier cooler of any size. When enquiring for your information, ask them
about the matched power supply.

I would also suggest to have a very serious meeting with your bank manager
before pursuing this size of a Peltier device, if I believe it is the size
range I think it is.
