Xilinx forums have disappeared?...

Today I tried to find certain old post on the Xilinx forum.
Goggle has found it in their database, but the link leads to nowhere and is finally redirected to https://support.xilinx.com/s/ .
There is no forum available any more.
Does it mean that all the knowledge created by the users is lost forever?
If I remember it happened once in the past with Xilinx forum.
Have they done it again?

Regards,
Wojtek

That link works for me. They\'ve changed the front page, but you
can click on the word DISCUSSIONS to get the previous look of the
forums. When you just land on the page it selects FEATURED instead
of DISCUSSIONS.

Looks like the new format just went live today. You might have caught
them at a bad moment. Announcement is here:

Thank you very much, Gabor.
It would be a real disaster if the whole knowledge base created by Xilinx users and employees had disappeared forever.

Wojtek

It\'s not exactly that the content is lost, it\'s that old links don\'t work anymore.
They\'ve broken much, much more.
Here\'s an official list of broken stuff: (it doesn\'t include everything, for example some answer records disappeared)

Link does not work, I cant find my topic by title in their search engine. For me its lost. Or there is some magic way to get it which Im not aware of.

Ive asked Avrumw if he has archived his most valuable posts. Here is what he replied:
```
Unfortunately, no. These posts are just as lost to me as they are to you.
My suggestion is that you write a carefully worded post to the announcements board indicating exactly how this migration has affected you and your ability to get work done. We are actively trying to apply pressure to Xilinx to mitigate the effects of this disastrous migration, but need the support of the community to get our voices heard.
If there is a particular post you are looking for I might be able to find it, but even knowing how some posts were written there are some that I can\'t find; there are still some posts (apparently 5000 topics) that never got migrated over, so it is possible that some of them do not currently exist.
It is a sad statement on the nature of the FPGA commercial interests when they ignore their customer base. Or more accurately, they don\'t understand their customer base... or even more accurately define their customer base to exclude nearly everyone in this forum.
I recall a mapping data base that Microsoft provided on the web which was retired. It was a nothing for them to maintain it, less than a gnat\'s effort for a Goliath like Microsoft. We had enough outcry and in particular from one of our ranks (which likely only numbered in the low thousands) that they relented and restored service... for a while. Then it was shut off permanently. Here I expect the interest is much greater and the loss to Xilinx more significant. The question is do you have an in house champion? I think that is what it \'s going to take.
The new Xilinx Forum is just so bad, no one seems to answer anymore
