TV Toshiba CL20G22 -- dead, relay clicks.

It's chassis number is TAC9702 and there is no indication of HV. HOT
is ok. PSU STR30134 replaced with no improvement. I replaced the
horizontal driver LA7800 too. Nothing happens.
Any ideas?
