Substrate BJT in CMOS process, with Cadence

Hello,

Does anyone know how to setup the library in Cadence so that one can
place a substrate BJT in the schematic window, and then have LVS
recognize the substrate BJT after layout?

I've been simulating with hspice and using a model file with MOS and
BJT models, but then now I want to draw my circuit out graphically in
Cadence. How do you create a BJT symbol for schematic use, and link it
to a specific BJT model file?
