EDA software.
The new release adds support for the new Oasis mask format.
Oasis is the next generation format that will eventually replace
stream.
The new release adds formal support for the AMD opteron platform.
The new release adds commands which aid the user when
trying to edit or add wires that are "snap'ed" to the
wire tracks of a P&R block. Coupled with the LEF/DEF
translators offered, this makes it even easier to use
the system for post route editing.
Additional leasing options have been added.
