Shouldn't be a problem. Try a 741.

Shouldn't be a problem. Try a 741.
Any surplus 4xxx CMOS inverter is cheaper and would give better rise time,
wouldn't it?

That doesn't make a lot of sense. Theoretically to amplify a perfect square
wave you need an amp with infinite bandwidth. What exactly are you trying to
do?

Is this a radio control model aircraft application? I think they operate on
72Mhz in the USA but probably use FM not AM modulation.
