Small PBX Telephone Exchange

Does anybody know where I can get a circuit etc to build a
computer-controlled PBX for home use?

I have an old mechanical unit dating back to the 70s and would like to
experiment making a modern one.

handsets that works in Perth if anyone wants it for free.

It gets ABC radio when dialing on a telephone line, but I live next to the
transmitter, so I never installed it.
