Hi everybody

I have small question regarding licensing. I have quote from Cadence
with SJF and TJF licenses. What does TJF really mean? I know SJF -
single job floating.

Thank you
Dionis

Andrew, hi

Thanks for your response. I appreciate it.
From you response I understood that SJF licensing model is perpetual, right?

Thanks again.

I believe that the T stands for Time-based. Time-based licenses are
essentially
a subscription over 1-5 years typically. I'm not entirely certain why we
distinguish betwen TJF and SJF in the license file though...

Hello All

I found 3 licensing models used by Cadence: perpetual, subsrciption and
term
(some sort of subscription). I would appreciate if somebody can give an
answer which is TJF type and which is SJF. Please. We received quotation
with these magic "SJF" and "TJF" and I found zero info on Sourcelink.

Thank you

Not necessarily... sometimes SJF licenses are used for subscription
customers too!
