HI all,
any suggestions for a RF power fet which can cope with about 4mhz ? CISS of
6nf would help, the power fets im looking have 6nf at 1mhz, driving them
with 12nf CISS is a big problem, I need some better fets, though the ones
ive seen so far are kinda expensive for RF ranges
