What are some retailers that offer rock bottom prices on quality micro/sd
cards in quantity? Like 50 or 100 pcs to start? Amazon etc doesn\'t seem to have any listings like this.

Certainly there must somewhere that gives breaks on large qty?
Not? -- thanks

There are some things where the profit is already cut to the bone so there is little room to reduce prices further. In general PC components are like this. You don\'t really save much buying 100 drives or 100 motherboards vs.. buying 1 or 10. I\'m pretty sure flash drives are the same way.

You can always buy from a seller that charges more and gives you a nice discount for quantity and you can always buy from scammers. I don\'t know about Amazon, but some 90% of the sellers on eBay are scammers. It\'s more like 99.9% on Alibaba or Aliexpress. Even if you run a test program the scammers know how to work the system so you won\'t get your money back very easily.. I was once required to submit a video of running the test program which takes hours to complete. Yeah, right. I had to dispute the charge to the credit card company.

I suggest you focus on buying media that is of known good quality and verifiable name brand so you get something worth the money rather than wasting your time and effort on getting a lower price.

So, go to a manufacturer and talk about a business account...

instead of going to a retailer.

Why not from distributor like digikey?

provantage.com Call and ask for pricing. The website looks dodgy, but
they\'re completely legit and stock ships from the big boys like Ingram and
Synnex, so unlike ebay or amazon, what you get is not counterfeit trash.

Been using them for years, never had a bad experience.

Seems their prices are a bit higher than others. They are twice the price of name brand flash bought through trusted channels.

Why not buy from Best Buy or a similar retail seller who is trusted and accessible with good prices?

assuming your business has a favourable credit rating You can deal direct with Ingram micro or Synnex,
you don\'t need to make $10 000 purchases (or even $100), just fill out a credit form.

I\'m not seeing any volume discounts on the online stores.

That\'s because the margins are very low, there\'s no fat to trim. It will be interesting to see what prices can be obtained through other businesses. I\'m betting you might get significant discounts, but it will be from prices that are already high and the end price will still be no better and maybe worse than the online stores such as Best Buy.

I\'m willing to wager that Micro Center has the best pricing of any provider with a real presence.

instead of going to a retailer.

They usually want gaurantees of purchases over time as account
requisites. They do not like the one time buyer thing and that is why
it is difficult to get such account types without promised future buys.
