Power meter circuit.

Hi,

I'm trying to modify a circut that I'm building so that I can find out what
the setting is on a pot. The circuit that I'm building is a 12V battery
meter. The circuit that I'm building is from

http://www.geocities.com/iecmaster/circuits_msr/cir_msr017.html
(using the LM3914 Bar Graph/Dot Driver IC)

What I want to do it change the circuit, so that when the pot is fully
anti-clock wise 1 bar is lit, and when turned clockwise, the other bars
light up until the circuit is at full power.

I'm wondering if anyone can help?

I'm looking at adding this to the circuit for my Dew Heater controller on my
Telescope. You can see the project for the heater here...

What I want to do is have a bar graph display showing the current setting
for the heater.

Regards

Colin.
