There are three for every job in my area, so many in fact that
learning who the
customer is can be most difficult! Getting a clear communications
path is
always hampered by these self appointed "agents" who must get a cut
of you
contract. Some few actually perform a service, most do not!

Of course if your not an engineer you don't care if some dork is
taking
advantage of you. So whether your in Florida, Tucson, or Tumwater,
you don't
need another middleman!
