Philips trim caps - a source?

I/m chasing a three-leg Philips style trim cap to repair a piece of gear. All
the likely candidates stock two-pin types. I have posted a slightly fuzzy pic
of the style I'm after at http://www.flickr.com/photos/28230421@N02/2633022221/

Anyone know of a source here in Oz?
