OT: \"Pat Pending\"...

He is the kissing cousin of the famous Russian Regus vonPatoff who
invested everything.

Yeah, smart, but never made much on any of those inventions.  That\'s
why he keeps trying and trying.

Didn\'t Pat Pending appear on the Batman and Robin show way back when,
too ???

No he was a character in Whacky Races, Prof Pat Pending

It was more fun when there was a patent number as well since you could
then examine how things had been done. Many pat pendings were bluffs.
It is a known fact that slapping a (cheap) \"Pat Pending\" on a
product, that companies can \"legally\" squelch competition, and do so.
Been done for ages..

Not a \'he\'. It\'s short for Patricia.

Her brother went to the military, moved up the ranks and he is now
General Purpose.

Reminds me of a mystery from the \'80s:

\"Who the hell is General Failure, and why is he reading my hard drive?\"
