I don't find it all that scary, but then again I'm not hiding much. ;-)
I find it kind of neat that I can call the pizza joint and they look
at their caller ID and say, "Hi, Rich! The usual?"

Shouldn't a company be able to have a reasonable expectation that their new
hires will be physically capable of doing the job? Companies aren't welfare
institutions.
