No Picture on Mitsubishi VS-4543

Audio section works, responds to volume control fingergerpoken. The tube
necks are cold. Is there not supposed to be some heat down there? Unit
is low hours and clean. I checked removable fuses (3).

I have some CRT repair experience, field of expertise is "CNC" machine
tool motion control.
