MXIC, flash, BB TC =?

Hi All,
Did you ever use a flash memory of MXIC?

I am confusing the name rule on BB/TC,

for Boot Sector Architecture:

- T = Top Boot Sector
- B = Bottom Boot sector

so, what is BBTC mean when it combine all together?
What is TC mean?

I can't find the exact same spec on MXIC website.
