There is legal method of preventing phone signals from getting in to
your house or building.
(eg like at a resturant etc).
See if you can guess what is needed (clues - it does mean altering of
the house or building in some way.... and it doesn't emit any
signals). I think the procedure is quite expensive.
The only problem I see is it will prevent all signals from getting
inside the house or building..
(eg if a doctor had a pocker pager, he wouldn't be able to receive a
message in the house either).
