Mits 20" TV -- searching for IC

Hi there!

I'm attempting to repair a Mitsubishi CS-20201 20" TV. The symptoms of
this unit include:
o A picture that is shifted horizontally to the right. There is blank
space at the left of the screen, and horizontal foldover at the right
of the screen. This drifts ever so slightly with warmup, but for the
most part remains the same.
o A tuner that does not lock onto channels dead-on. The tuner locks at
a relative frequency just enough off the channel for the sound to be
fuzzy (all fuzz, no audio) and the video to be slightly softened and
less detailed. The A/V inputs work fine and receive both video and
audio OK.

I've already replaced most of the major electrolytics, which didn't
help. I've seen from tech-tips on EURAS and from other postings that
IC101 is commonly at fault for "Snow after 15-20 mins" and "Picture has
shifted to left". IC101 is a XRA7306S. No manufacturer name or logo.
I've been unable to find this part.

Can anyone else suggest a source for this IC, or ID its manufacturer,
or confirm the diagnosis?

Thanks,
TK

P.S. A pinout of this IC (XRA7306S) would also be helpful in
diagnosing this IC and/or the components around it, if anyone can help
in locating a datasheet.

Thanks a lot,
TK

Just Curious. Does the IC feel Hot or Excessivly Warm?

Warm, but not excessively warm. It's what I'd consider to be typical,
i.e. after 20 seconds with my fingertip on the IC, it feels pretty warm
but still quite tolerable. This is after 1 hour of set on-time with
the rear cabinet removed.

Thanks,
TK
