Hi,

is there a table somewhere on the internet of the Motorola MECL-III
series of integrated logic circuits (MC16xx, dating from the late '60s)
with a brief functional characterization each family member (e.g.
MC1670: Master-Slave Flip-Flop, 350 MHz typ.)? Or else, can somebody
furnish one?

Many thanks,

Martin.

Wow. Lemme look. I just spent some time at the university photocopying pages
from the 1969 Motorola databook.
I'll get back to you here if I find something.
