Hi.
I'm working on simple ic tester, connected to pc via usb.
I want it to test simple ICs, such a 74xx family.
Could you tell me, where on the net i can find test vectors for these
parts? Is there any database with it?
Or maybe how can i generate simple test vectors? (i mean which
description language/standard should i use as a source?).
Please help me.
