lcb 500K and ndl format

I have an old LSI ASIC to convert to an up to date process.
This old LSI ASIC is under lcb 500K. Could some body provide me or
tell me where could I found the lcb 500K library for synopsys or
leonardo?
Other point is there some body who know a tool to convert ndl format
toward verilod or vhdl ? Does somebody give me some clues about such
tool or better way to do this.
