I Need A Boost

I have a project in mind and I need some specialized gear such as a
"high power" RF signal generator. The ones I have now produce a few
milliwatts from 300 kHz up to 150 MHz.

Does anyone know of a broadband amplifier that will allow me to boost
the little power of a signal generator up to five or six watts?

Ron

The BFG235 or BFG97(it's cheaper) does 2watts. I just ordered 2 of them for
my own RF project they also have 4-5watt rf transistors that operate up to
7GHz on the farnell website

Part number on the Farnell website 3006736

Best of luck,
Kevin

You wouldn't happen to have an URL, would you?

Never mind, I finally found that. But I'm back where I started from:
does anyone know of a broadband RF amplifier that will work from around
300 kHz up to 150 MHz and put out about five or six watts?

I read in sci.electronics.design that Ron Hubbard <notat@hotmail.com>

Try here:

http://www.researchcomms.com/

I bough two units from them many years ago; they were quite low-priced
and work well.
