I got lots of different old TV parts and equipment.

Hi,

I have a collection of all kinds of old TV parts and equipment:

-picture tubes
-capacitors
-radial lead capacitors
-transistors
-rectifiers
-globar resisto-
-germanium diodes
-resistors
-transient suppressors
-neon bulbs
-degaussing coil Model TDGC-1
-color briteners
-digital multimeter
-Heathkit color bar and dot generator
-transformer
-plastic design template for electronic components 1:1 scale
-Direct Etching Dry Transfers 12 sheets
-other things I still have to identify

I hate to throw them out since someone could make use of them to fix
TVs or just to collect. Could you let me know what forums, sites, etc.
I can post these in detail that collectors frequent?

Thanks for any help,
Marlies

Well you could throw it all into one basket and sell it at eBay.com
You'd be surprised to see what people are buying and selling there.

Hi,

i was planning on going on EBAY, but I wanted to try individually

Go ahead and post here the specific crt (picture tube) numbers and whether
or not you know if they are new/old/used or internal condition. The rest of
the stuff has little if any value except to a hobbyist or technician willing
to buy the whole lot for a couple of dollars over shipping.

The Heathkit stuff will probably be better off on Ebay or try searching for
Heathkit vintage groups on the web and contact them.

My guess is that most of that stuff is really old given the listing for the
color brighteners.
