I`m thankful that I know this news group.
I`m a new employee in electronic-company. my term is development of circuit.
anyway, i`m looking for alternative VN21(high side smart power solid state relay).
but i couldn`t finish searching.
every sites are english sites. i don`t know english well. i wish your help....
i belive that you can help me.
vn21`s spec. is
Vdss Rds In(*) Vcc
60V 0.05 ohm 7A 26V
which relay is the nearest that spec..but except VN21SP(i can`t use VN21SP)
please let me know.
