Here's a thread on the forum:

What I need to figure out is how to design so the 2 bit binary output
changes each time the user powers off the Atari 2600 and then back on.
Basically the design will have 4x Atari games burned onto one EPROM
and installed on one cart and each game would cycle with the power
switch.
Since the 2600 cart port only has A0-A11, enable (active high,
requires inverter to work with EPROM /OE line), 5v, and ground there
is no reset or anything so using push button to cycle the game won't
work, it'd simply crash the system. Using DIP switch to select one of
4 seems the best solution (and has been used before) but is there an
automatic game selection?
Thanks.
