This is a pretty dumb question, but I'm going to ask it anyway. I
bought an old microscope (radiuscope, actually--) at an auction today.
It uses a GE 1493 6.5 V, 2.75 A bulb, halogen, I think it is. I
didn't get a power supply with it, and so need to conjure one up.
What is a nice cheap means of powering this bulb properly? Is this
6.5 V AC? That's not clear to me from what I can learn about this
bulb. Thanks--
