From 20 pin flex cable to 100 mil header

I am looking for a 20 pin flat cable with at one end no connector (has
to fit in a 20 pin flex cable connector 0.50 mm/.020" pitch bottom
connector) and at the other end of the cable a (female) 100 mil header
or other connector that is easily to solder to a pcb.

I have to use this for a gps project I am working on (r/c aircraft).

Anybody know if such a product is available and/or where I can get it?

Farnell do a neat PCB that is very handy for this sort of thing - 0.27mm thick board with various
pitch footprints on.
