Freescale takes $90m earthquake hit

Freescale took a $90m hit in its Q1 earnings results as a result of the Japanese earthquake and the company’s inability to reopen its Sendai which was seriously damaged by the March 11 earthquake, continuing aftershocks and disruptions to utilities and local infrastructure.
