Hmm.... does charcoal even have a coercivity?

Marketroid error; 'charcoal' is the colour-code!

Its probably very good for audiophoole products.
As we all know, charcoal is a great absorber, and will suck out all
your MP3 artifacts when put on the speaker cable, leaving a pure
sound, but you turn them around every 3 months to discharge them

Serious error.

Yes, but that only works for activated charcoal -- and turning it around
to discharge it is really a myth, because the impurities leave the
charcoal at an exponential rate, so no matter how long you leave it
reversed it'll still have stuff in it. And the music will sound bad
when you've reversed it because it's discharging all that crap.
Furthermore you'll be loading up the other side with crap while you do
it! Even pristine gold-plated vinyl analog disks, when played through
vacuum tube electronics running off of primary cells will have some
unavoidable audio artifacts that will get captured during the cleaning
process. This means that when you reverse it you'll be hearing all the
crap you put in when you were "cleaning" it.

So it's best to just replace your charcoal toroids every three months
and _throw them out_! This will keep your sound pure.

I recycle them by using them to grill steaks.

The steaks taste much whiter and are more transparent. Better
definition in the bones. And my razor blades last longer,
my car gets better mileage and I save on heating bills.

If they were really charcoal I'd buy a batch ...

Oatmeal torroids are even better.

Monstrous! It's a dictionary word; difficult stop people using it.
Besides, they aren't real monsters themselves; I looked in the airing
cupboard and they aren't in there.
